Allie Nicklow is a third generation employee. Allie’s grandfather Walter Ray Huff started the agency in 1960. Allie started working in the agency at the age 14. She started out as a girl Friday meaning she was placed in what ever position needed help during her time there. She worked summer breaks throughout high school. She graduated from Chesapeake Senior High School in 2016. After high school she worked for Huff Insurance during summer and winter breaks. In January 2019 Allie passed her insurance license test, making her a licensed agent. Allie graduated from Salisbury University in May 2020 with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Information Systems. After graduating from Salisbury Allie became a full time employee and starting working as an account manager helping clients with business and personal insurance needs. Allie received the Small Business Coverage Specialist designation and the Personal Lines Coverage Specialist designation in August 2020. Allie currently is working remotely from Salisbury Maryland, but she visits the office every now and then. Allie loves her job and is happy to help people understand the complexities of insurance.
